Pack 9 Always Give error - GSM-Forum

Furious Team
I Have a Furious Gold Dongle With Active Pack 4,5,6,8 and 9 my all packs work fine but only in pack 9 i am faceing problem .
When ever i try to add imei give error

Preparing to connect server;
Checking server authorisation;
Authentificated OK !
Operation completed with error 'Unsufficient credits !'
Time needed - 00:00:02
========================================

Kindly Solve my problem i am facing couple of weeks
