Im stucked here aswell ,im deleted all suites i had on pc and still problem . I cant find folder where this drivers are installed .Any help or advice?

It's nothing to fix. You must download and install drivers from support. Else wont work. The message itself its pretty clear !

thats better as we dont know which drivers to download for U8686 until you mentioned U8810

Please can someone tell me how to connect this phone .. I am getting problems as it is bieng detected as T-mobile Technologies and asking for such driver in boot mode (pink Screen)
