Is possible ulock this device? This is from ntt docomo japan, the owner says another people write firmware of tg 01 toshiba and unlock another device of a friend

Its a bit complicated by can be unlocked. You need to write modem part from ta 01 fw and windows+efs area from
Tg 01 fw. Use tg downloader and decrypted firmwares. For any other questions use google.
