FG Box Re-Registration - GSM-Forum

I have recently bought a used FG Box. It is all set up and working but when I click 'go to support' in the Maintenance program I am taken to support as it should and logged in there. If I then click on the 'My details' button I see the details of the original owner which include his name and address, email and phone number. I have tried to edit this to reflect my details as I am sure in the future I will need to buy add-ons, cables etc but although I am able to change all the fields when I click the update button nothing happens.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction

After clicking on update button .. did u get any eror ..... use mozilla firefox to update ur details once .. and post the log ...

What a star ! Thank you very much, I was using Internet Explorer. Tried with Firefox and it has updated my details right away. Much happier now
