V720 unlock problem .::Hack::. plz help~~

today i try to unlock the vodafone V720,and get the prompt unlocked, but still has the lock on the phone.
I choose U5700 to unlock, but still get unlocked, and the phone shows lock state.
Choose V720,unlock it derectly also get the prompt unlocked. choose read passwoed, then input the code, phone was restarted, but still locked.
What should i do now? Hope can give a hand let me know what happened and what i need to do next. Thanks...

Then probably ur phone is damaged. What exact phone display on screen ?

ANd if u enter 16 times 7 as code phone say ok , restart and ask again for code ? If yes is damaged.

if entered 16 times 7 and still ask for code NCK so means phone is counter blocked damaged or..what|?
