VNS-L31 remove\bypass user password without lose data

I have one VNS-l31 in this situation. Bootloader lock and FRP lock.

There is any way to bypass user code or to remove it without lose data? Or it's possible to write TWRP without lose data and without unlock bootloader and then remove code from twrp?

Without loosing data not yet. But we are working on a feature like
