Alcatel v875 counter blocked.how to reset? - GSM-Forum

i have an alcatel v875 i got to unlock.i managed to read the codes using my furious.however it seems the counter is blocked because i cant seem to have the menu to enter the unlock.also i trie to enter the engineering mode for sim me unlock code but the keys are disabled.is there anyone out there who knows how to reset the counter?direct unlock seems not to work also

If shows disabled then is unlocked. Should show blocked

i think i did not explain myself right.the phone is not giving me the option to enter the read code.when i enter the engineering code to enter the menu for the code there is no option to enter it.so my question is how do i enter it?

Should ask for it with restricted sim

as soon as you put non-accepted sim inside it has emergency call on the screen.at the bottom there is a key for screen lock with network locked{emergency calls only} underneath.when i unlock the screen there is no option to enter the network unlock code.so where to enter code?

hard reset and factory reset from menu does not work.what do i do next?
