Vodafone 795 FRP error - GSM-Forum

Hi, I need your help, I have buy the 1 year support special for this JOB to reset the frp on vodafone 795, but is not working.

I have download the latest OTSmart but cannot connect
the phone.

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
Phone detected (MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android) (COM24))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM24
ERROR: Timeout waiting !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

the phone is connected power off the drive is ok

where is the problem

anyone can tell me the reason why is not connecting?
I have use 2 pc the same xp and win 10

at lest you get a detection i do not even get that.

how are you pluging the phone in usb cable into back of ps with phone turned off?

Yes, i power off the phone with the battery inside
but cannot remove the frp

please support help up

I got it done.
The problem was the baterry was too low
After I charged 50% the process was working like a charm.
