what problem in my box

i buy 4 Mont ago but i cant use any module .
i try format then update pack 1,2,3,4,5 i got this message

the pack 6 is updated normally check its okay and other packs may you need activation for these or contact your reseller

try formatting ur dongle. if not solved then pls contact deniel (Hack3r2k) in private. he will solve ur problem.
