u might have autorun virus its effecting the RAMs
SW crashing during flashing
it happend with me once
try on different PC b4 u format or cleaning your windows

this problem happen with QFG module even with clean PC, and specially when writing NV.

i had this issue with Core 2 Quad CPU
but i fixed it up aftet i got rid off the autorun virus

this happen to me in both CPU (Core 2 Duo and Dual Core and even in P4 )

anyway isn't a big problem. QFG tool is great tool .
