Where is my SE credits? - GSM-Forum

Activation Date: 17/10/2007 - Time: 19:57:39

My accout is no longer outdated. I have applied for my credits before my account was reactivate.

Credit details :
Nec Credits: 40 credits
TREO 650 Credits: 15 credits
TREO 680 Credits: 15 credits
Sony-Ericsson Credits: 40 credits

I used the DB2020 module to generate the refill string.

I have not received any SE credits yet my SE credits is ZERO.

Please send me a new recharge code:

New refill string: ENZJEIIAAXOUW7THJUFCA

I see that you are not alone have problem this me too.
I think we must wait till monday or when hack3r2k is back .

I followed instructions to the letter. I used DB2020.EXE to generate the refill string. I also sent a support ticket asking why my refill string did not contain any SE credits. Is it because I sent the refill string before my account was reactivate? Now my SE credit is 0, I cannot request for recharge code because my credits are ZERO.
