I cant belive when im finish the first year with my box i ¡cant download and recharge any pack 1,2, or 3 ,im buy this box with this 3 packs and now im wait this miracles days to change in the 3 packs .....this is a bad support......

As hack3r2k said there is nothing to surprise. READ. If you have read when you were attempting to buy the box you may have seen that it includes ONE YEAR.

Anyway, others ask for ftp access and we don't. At the end it's almost the same

for other people who red that it is not.....

Mwe personaly didnt saw it either at the beginning but while you ere making free updates foe pack 1,2,3 nobody will sorry that 60 euro...people are just scared because all recent updates were just for payed packs 4 and 5

few more free updates and all is well again

I always loose time to update firmware to use pack 1 or pack 5.
Always trouble from the begining Furiuous Box to Furius Gold, always needed to download keys or update firmware to make it work
