Z100 unlock but problem

I HAVE UNLOCKED Z100. AFTER UNLOCKING IT RESTARTS WHEN OPENING PROFILES R TUNES SETTING.

WHERE CAN BE THE PROBELM AND WHAT WILL BE ITS SOLUTION:confused:
