Hi guys, my brother living in Albuquerque-NM sent me a ZTE F160 mobile phone, but it is locked. I live in Brazil, and I would like to unlock it to use with my local provider. Can anyone write the step by step to do that? I don´t have any dongle. So, Is It possible to unlock just for software? Is there any free method? Thanks for all help.

please help me... i tried whith dc-unlocker to write a dashboard image on ZTE F160 , i misswritted ,and now my phone is on boot loop. what can i do? can rewrite firmware? please help me anybody.
