blazer 5.3 installation problem - GSM-Forum

When I connect the blazer to my computer and double click on the file, the file does not open and there is voice on the speaker: "box not found, please connect your box and try again." I use Windows XP home edition. Can anybody help me? thanks.

U must plug your cables also!!!!

you must connect 1 cable to box
than you hear phone xxx detected
