Blazer support urgently needed...

Blazer-team:
Many blazers users will agree that your tool is a very well designed and usefull product. Nevertheless we are tired of waiting for support site to be available for us. I thought 8.4 would have a support access button, IT DOES NOT, and a PST without firmware support is not even half a tool, so if you believe it is just not important for us users to have a support site, just let me know and I will gladly start looking for another tool that does have a support site running, and I am sure that I am not alone in this desicion. Just be honest with us and we will have to make our choice. anyone that seconds me please reply here.

Best Regards,
JCZ
