No access to Support area


Just tried to access support area as I need flash file for C1200 but I keep getting kicked out, why is there a problem, can anybody send me the required flash file.

tell me what flash you need and i will send you.

Thanks andreS, I have a C1200 here & when it starts up it only displays the line that goes back & forth, it will not let me go any further so can you send me the flash file I need please.
