To Delock Very Urgent - GSM-Forum

I have buyed long time ago one dongle in ****** (spain)

Yesterday i have updated the dongle which your last update: philips 330/xenium...350... version 3.1 and i have unlocked some 355.

Now i can't use the dongle because when i start the program the soft say error 0001 error key not found. I have tryed clicking in update key but the program say the same error.

How i can solve this problem?

Contact your reseller. Dongle can be replaced with good one
