cant detecte al21 - GSM-Forum

i want to connect al 21 but always have this message time out or user brake i have test point adapter v2.0 3.0 and with 9 v adapter and this problrme is with many other phone with tp v2.0 3.0

whick error you get?

yes i use manuel mode but cant detect phone always same error i think that is fault from hardwear test point box or cable
