The Uni-clip team will like to express a very big thanks to our customers for their patience ...
We have a very serious reason why we can not release the previously expected update... We are not happy at all, but there is no option for us right now..We have to wait ...We are still working and the update will come..

Just to clear up some points regarding the Uni-Clip:

1, We would like to inform you that Uni-clip will be in the GSM market for at least the next 2years.

2, The Sagem calc key generator server is back online.

3, Uni-clip update server will be back online from 28 January 2005

4, The Next Uni-clip update will be on 29 February 2005 via the server

5, All replacement cables are in stock & available for purchase

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMMPORTANT NOTICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

* IN ORDER TO RECEIVE UPDATES, ALL UNI-CLIP CUSTOMERS MUST REGISTER THEIR DETAILS AS BELOW BY 15th JANUARY *

Customer name or company name
Contact person
Contact tel number
e-mail address
Delivery address
Reseller name and e-mail address or contact number..
Uni-clip serial number
Which updates ( in order of preference ) you would like ?
I want 1st update to be xxxxx ( Replace xxxxx with Make/Model )
I want 2nd update to be xxxxx
I want 3rd update to be xxxxx

Send it to [email protected]

In order to increase our chain of support and service, we are looking to select one or two distributors in each country as no one likes increased costs of post and shipping. These would act as a point where people could obtain updates and new cables etc. If some of our customers feel that they would like to become a distributor for our products then feel free to email us at [email protected]

We would kindly like to remind Uni-clip customers ( A few of them who seem to be unaware ) that support is available from the following channels:

Hi Michael and Happy New Year to you too
Nice to see a response on the board although it might not be what everybody likes, but I am sure it will calm some people down.

Its unfortunate you have had such problems with what will be potentially a great product, but best wishes for 2005 and look forward to hearing more from you.

a stalling tactic perhaps???
why look for every1 to register their clip?? what is the reasoning behind this?would time not be better spend sorting out an upgrade rather than getting all registered??
trying to put us off 4 another 2 months i think.....
why not list what upgrades could be available and let us choise from them?? a stalling tactic as i say,
il eat my words on the 1st march if im wrong, dont think so somehow but

I believe that the upgrades are forthcoming, as I have heard through the grape vine that there is a serious issue with one of the major networks which would have a major effect on all of us & is being dealt with, hence the delay.
(I am not sure if it can be broadcast, therefore don't ask me what & do your own research into the matter)

Hope U are a man of your words!.....even if that is eaten words.. .LOL
