uni-server.ro is stealing credits

I have tried to unlock E338 and the result is 15EURO for nothing

In order to check your account and to see what is the problem, we need to know your user name and to check if you are the owner ...How to do that if we can not call you , we have no user name, and we can not ask you few details to see if is your account or not... Please let us have your phone number, or e-mail us your username to be able to help you..

I try to call you, but the message is ...,,The subscriber can not be reach at the moment,,...please try again later..,, How you can see , not only my server have network problem..;-) Check your phone network provider as well..

thanks for the free logs for my nec unlocker but all i get is
Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.

then sometimes it says wrong username then sometimes wrong password
any idea whats wrong

That server works very bad.U must try milion times to get connected.Not unlock all versions.I have tested with Nec E616V and E338.I have unlocked some phones,but some phones after 1 connection failure with server dont connect anymore.

server working bad

Dear Sir,

I hope that you can understand what network mean... The server is very good and customers happy with the speed and connection...check the forum, and you can see... 5-6 seconds unlock..now you say ,,the server working bad..,, I tell you something... is same server and working ...but the international network was bad last few days, down in few arias ... As a OLd gsm master , you must know that a server have same connection all the time...If the connection was good few weeks before, and now is not, this mean that the server(same server with same connection) not working bad...And because is just one nec server, not two, can you explain me why lot of customers are happy right now when i speak to you?..See your internet, connection, firewall, internet provider, etc..You are a old gsm master.. you can fix this, can you?..Not?.. O, sorry, i forgot that the international network is not your property..About versions... Until now was no phone imposibil to unlock via server..If you send me your user name i can check your account to see what phone version you have and i show here a phone with same version done by server.. ,,some phones after 1 connection failure with server dont connect anymore,,...What the connection faillure have to do with your phone?..If was connection failure- this mean no connection, how can the server damage your phone communication?..I can try to help you.. i can give you support to improuve your connection..but i can not accept someone to blame the server when he don,t know what he speak about..Sorry..you are my customer(if..) and i should help you ... But you should find a better way to ask me to help you...This is why the connection between customer and server provider works very bad.
