Are U sure U are not doing something wrong ?
I have unlocked more than 20 phones even p910i/ k700i, z1010, etc, no problems.
Even when my dial-up failed me 2 times in unlocking p910i, they gave me back the 2 logs.
I have another log to request, but I am not in a hurry bcos I know they will always give me.
Just contact them directly. (Also its adviced to make a screen shot of the error and attatch with the mail to them)
Its better than speaking t*rash

I have had one problem with credits with multiserver and I simply emailed murphy and he resolved the problem almost immediately

I just don't understand why people ae ceating such stupid threads before contacintg with essele fist. If you will contact with you resseler or Murphy and he will give you back credit for sure. You give wrong image on Multiserver here by your post and you schould apologize or edit your post now - to bad that you will make for sure after he will return credits but "smell" after this post will be.... ;(((

We don't resseler Multiserver logs but we know Murphy from long time and we can guarantee that he is 100% trustable and honest person so just e-mil him first next time before creating such thread.

well, I think you didnt use Total MultiServer because we dont charge 3 logs for unlock each phone ;-)

if you got this problem, last thing you do is come here and say our server is crap....

If you lose credits 1st thing you do is come and say please refill my account, refill my credits please... here I have screenshot with error... thanks in advance...

But I see that to make noise is free anyway I will not edit or delete your post... just and simply post your username and I ll take a look over server log file for see which kinda of thing u did.... if you are customer of Total Multiserver sure u have no problems saying here which is your username and errors u got

i had an error once and ther was a deduction in my credit but it was returned right away. i can say that TMS provides good service to its customers. =)

yes! you are right! sometimes resellers become crazy with some customers cos they are cheaters and wants credits for free all the time.... then finally since some cheaters are around resellers dont know if customer which is asking for credits is cheating or not because they have no access to serverside log files...

anyway they refill 90% of credits from their pocket and ask us no extra credits... thats is cool

anyway if reseller remains upset on refill credits, customers always can click on ABOUT button and see our support email where we ask for username and problem and check serverside log files for refill credits without problems!

ok i have few friends who sell their credits without eny noise am will not buy eny multiserver credits in my life just direct unlock solutionn about unlocking i have this white universal box and i use 54 k modem conection most of mistake it happen when he sends first gdfs loader and my credits are deducted when i remove battery and put it again when he send gdfs loader and he needs like 45 min to write eroror so i can take screen shot to send it to you i dont have this time becose custemor is waiting so i end it with task maneger. in erlier version when he upgrade the softwere and have mistake in second gdfs loader when i repite the procedure program says something like" softwere has upgraded credits wont be deducted" or something like this but this time multiserver has upgraded telphones softwere 3 times and deduct 3 credits ha ha about free credits from you if you give for free i dont need them and i dont need multiserver for shore if you send me your e-mail adres i will send you user and pass sou you can see that i tried to unlock f500i on your server 3 days ago betwen 6-8 pm I DONT NEED MULTISERVER CREDITS FOR FREE BECOSE THIS IS THE WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY BYE

mmm... do u mean that total multiserver clietn needs 45 minutes to send gdfs loader to your phone?

I recommend to you use other computer.... normally total unlock procedure is 50 seconds...

think that more thousands users u can imagine had no problems and no one said he needs 45 minutes for send gdfs loader....

I cannot imagine how many hours will u need with this cumputer for full flash one phone ;-)

about your modem 56k doesnt the matter if u use 4mbips link or cheap dsl or 56k modem... still same results and times.

explain a little bit ur situation when u try other computer =)
