havent got my user name and password - GSM-Forum

Hey all im haven a few problems i paid for 2 crdits from total multiserver and havent recived a email from them yet i tried to email them twice and it just bounces back saying no such domain.
any idears it just seems strange that i cant find anyone eles having the same problem. Please help if you can.

There are many credit sellers, where did you tried to purchase exactly?
