Problem Unlocking W800i - GSM-Forum

A customer is trying to unlock a W800i using a TM server cable set.
Drivers are installed correctly, he clicks unlock and briefly presses the power button and the phone runs through the unlock procedure BUT it doesn't stop in the middle where you are supposed to disconnect and reconnect the battery.
After the phone unlocked he switched it on and was in another language, he reset that and put a SIM in, but it says INVALID SIM, I gave him another credit and he tried again, same thing happened.

Any suggestions?

I have many customers with this problem seems to be a bug with DCU60.

Has anyone managed with 3in1 or Cruiser?

get urself a usbsmart dongle it easy to use and support much more than u can imagine br
