w810i CID49 unlocking and restoration


whats the deal with w810i
after unlock its always dead?
I take it that its not automatically repatching the firmware after unlock?
please advise.

Hello there,

W810 unlock working perfect.

also restoration file is auto-reflashed automatically for all W810 firmwares.

Which sw version are u using?

Pls use at least 2.37 from: www.movitel.net/ftp/multiserver.zip

Unhappy I'm not sure if "working perfectly" is correct

I'm a professional unlocker and I do a lot of unlocking. I just started using the Total Multiserver yesterday. I had four W810i to unlock. Three unlocked "perfectly". The forth one was converted into a paper weight. The customer exchanged the dead one and brought another one in. That one is now a paper weight also. I'm looking at having to buy the customer a new phone. Is there some way to recover a perfectly dead w810i?

Which error around? Can u send the error screenshots? we need more info or just a simple screenshot

If you dont tell us what happened or what you saw in msg area while unlocking, we cannot help you

I sent the three files to the support team each time it happened. I haven't heard anything back yet. I sent the files on Friday. It's now Sunday. Hopefully I will hear something soon. The next time someone brings a W810 in I don't don't know what to tell them.

,y w810 got an white blinking display also :/ din't get any fix for that by the TMS team.. sent the screenshots 2 months ago.. havn't heard anything yet... and yes i have done alot of unlocking in tms. so i guess the settigs and the cable is right

TMS Is Rip Off and Support is non-existent

In the last week I have attempted to unlock six SE W810i. First three went fine. I bricked the forth one and the customer returned it to Cingular. Customer brought back a fifth one and I bricked it. I flashed it to recover it. Tried to unlock it again. Bricked it again. I flashed it again. Three days later brought another one in. I promptly bricked it. I reflashed it. Then bricked it again. Flashed it again.

Throughout this whole annoying process the error message tells me to send three files to support. I've done that. I haven't heard anything from them. You would think that they might confirm that they had received the files and are looking in to it. Maybe even a suggestion about what I might try. I've lost four credits just trying to recover the phones that TMS has destroyed. You would think that they might offer to give those back or something.

I don't know what's worse. The fact that their tool functions eratically and destroys phones or that their support ignores the situation.
