Member: 310623 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I'm not sure if "working perfectly" is correct I'm a professional unlocker and I do a lot of unlocking. I just started using the Total Multiserver yesterday. I had four W810i to unlock. Three unlocked "perfectly". The forth one was converted into a paper weight. The customer exchanged the dead one and brought another one in. That one is now a paper weight also. I'm looking at having to buy the customer a new phone. Is there some way to recover a perfectly dead w810i? |

Hopefully I will hear something soon. The next time someone brings a W810 in I don't don't know what to tell them. |

Member: 310623 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | TMS Is Rip Off and Support is non-existent In the last week I have attempted to unlock six SE W810i. First three went fine. I bricked the forth one and the customer returned it to Cingular. Customer brought back a fifth one and I bricked it. I flashed it to recover it. Tried to unlock it again. Bricked it again. I flashed it again. Three days later brought another one in. I promptly bricked it. I reflashed it. Then bricked it again. Flashed it again. Throughout this whole annoying process the error message tells me to send three files to support. I've done that. I haven't heard anything from them. You would think that they might confirm that they had received the files and are looking in to it. Maybe even a suggestion about what I might try. I've lost four credits just trying to recover the phones that TMS has destroyed. You would think that they might offer to give those back or something. I don't know what's worse. The fact that their tool functions eratically and destroys phones or that their support ignores the situation. |
