BENQ M300 unlockin problem - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have two problems with Vygis-Benq v1.1 & M300:
First problem, I unlocked one M300 with this soft, but phone now unlocked to only one provider, the provider that SIM card I insert it (first) to phone to test??!! It's something like 'lock to' function not an 'unlock'!!! HOW TO FREE MY M300 TO ALL OTHER PROVIDERS!
Second one, when I press "Unlock" for one M300, it says "phone unlocked or have bad data", so I press "Repair EEP", phone unlocked to first SIM provider, + I lost FRench language, it has only English now!!! HOW TO RESTORE ALL OTHER LANGUAGES?

Anybody faces these problems?!

Do " Repair Eeprom " & phone will be completely UNLOCKED

After unlock press ''Reset Phone'' and phone will be unlocked completely.

Thanks for your replay!
After doing a reset, language come back (activated)
But, still not unlocked to all networks (even repair EEP)

What to do?

Try Unlock and then Reset ...
Till now it was all the time working. ..

If still not work --> then i am afraid you will have to flash that phone too ...

Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
Connecting...
Err: [03]
Boot Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 10 sec

its means whats problem ?

Try to keep the power on button presses.

Looking to your log,seems,that you using Infinity Box,so better for your problem to ask for help in Infinity section

Anyway ,at first check did you
connected testpoint,when booting phone.
