I bought my box few days ago and is supposed to come the right cable in the package, then which of these cables should be specified?

1) my lg cu400 is dead atm, a blue screen with dload error comes up and the phone dosnt start, can anyone help me?

2) i have downloaded vygis and it dosent open, "protected card not found" error comes up, what to do? do i need a vygis box?
