Flash KS20 ok but no network ????

I want to change langua for English but when I done flash file :KS20_V10b_B_3_1_1_00215J_NO DIAG_ROM_ENGLISH
then my phone no network , I can't repair NVM after flash .

why vygis don't support KS20_V10b_B_3_1_1_00215J_ "DIAG_ OK"_ROM_ENGLISH ...
I only see file in support
KS20_V10b_S_3_1_1_00215_DIAG OK_ROM_GERMANY
this file is ok , it can repair NVM after flash but don't have Langua English ....

Better before flashing is to read "Unlocker help.txt" and "Flasher help.txt"
Flash now with anyone ROM which allows DIAG with "Erase EFS" option, after this make "Repair NVM"-after this flash with English ROM without "Erase EFS".

I have tried this method. I have flashed ROM to English ROM but when I try and connect to repair NVM and repair IMEI because IMEI is corrupt after flash, I get ths error, "Bad SPC, can't continue" and then "BAD IMEI length"

How to fix this please.

Thanks for your post but after reading "Unlocker help.txt" and "Flasher help.txt" file there was nothing in there that was pertaining to my specific problem. Repairing NVM fails, "Bad SPC cannot continue"

You keep saying read "Unlocker help.txt" and "Flasher help.txt" but it would be more helpful if you just tell me what am doing wrong to receive this message since this BAD SPC is not mentioned in the help files.

Oho-nice,so I must say what you are doing bad? Sorry, but I don't have telepatic skills,so can even imagine what you are doing with phone, actually if I would have telepatic skills I would work in other area with much better profit I only can guess, that you trying to repair NVM when phone is in emergency mode-in this case you can get "Bad SPC".But "Repair NVM" is possible only when phone is connected in normal mode-how to do this is written in help files.

You don't need telepathic skills....it seems what you need here is some people and customer service skills. Being sarcastic only show immaturity. Let's be productive. I am not expert here. I have explained my problem in detail and I have tried to troubleshoot on my own as much as I could and now seek assistance from Vygis team. I have explained what error messages I am getting so I just would like some respect since I have not disrespected you. If you don't want to help me then just save time and tell me to fuk off so I can find an answer elsewhere.

In answer to your advice there is no manual for KS20 so of course I try all options. I have tried both normal mode and emergency mode for NVM repair and receive that same message for both. So I guess at this point since I cannot seem to repair the IMEI as its corrupt I will wait and see if someone else has this same issue and hopefully I can learn from their success.

Thanks for your reply.
