I have an original Vygis Box but lost the reg file when the hard drive crashed. how can I obtain a new reg file?

Simply contact with your reseller.

Only he can do it for you.

It was bought locally in my country from someone who is longer in business, how will/would I know what reseller he purchased it from?

Mine too was lost :S Can someone help me? this is my id : 0002676F its about a month i cant work with my vygis, other tools wont work like this i need it so much. Thanks.
