i am waiting for new reg files....


i have send email to [email protected] with my LOG2 and REG.dat and REGxxxx_LG.DAT, but from yesterday i haven't received nothing, what have i to do? Please, help me!
where is Gobi?
where is Vygis Team?
i had many problems, so i asked for help
now what is problem?
i buyed my sentinel from LUIGI and my smartcard from unlockcellular, please ask them about me

Lool, and you are one of the customers that have got allready extended help and support from me/us, isn't it ?????
Direct (getting req file) and indirect thru your reseller also ...

So, Glad to hear you have managed to make the log2 ...
More then 1500 customer did allready also get the activation files back too

If, even after 24 hours you did not get the activation files, we have written here:

As we sayed: We are allmost in the year 2006, and please , please people understand that INTERNET and e-mail service is not a 100% solution: sometimes mails from one to another server never arrives, so if you don't receive a response, JUST TRY FROM ANOTHER E-MAIL ADRESS (SERVER).

Me personally had customer where i have sent 3 times mail with the activation files and customer never got it:

After he sent from another mail adress, then he got it from first mail allready !!!

Ihave alredy buy sc dongle from gsm next.com. but the seller didnt give me a reg file. İn this case ı couldnt use my dongle. How you help me?

i have lost also user & access to support
now i need new software for vygis smartcard, where can i find them?
what have i to do for new access?
please
my resellers are not be able to help me
