I unlocked a phone and now it wont power on.
 

Hi, i just unlocked a cingular CG225. it unlocked ok and didnt have any warnings.. it said to power on the phone and enter 2945#*# but it wont power on.. the battery had 2 bars left but i dont have a charger to see if it charges.

think the phone will be ok if plugged into a charger?

is there any way to charge the phone with the box?

ok so i got the charger and now it still wont power on..

what do i try?
the phone worked before i unlocked it.

the phone still is detected.

when i unlocked it the battery wasnt dead, it was at 2 bars.

Try to power on Your phone feeded from external power supply.

yeah i got nothing..
when its on the charger the red light is on by the charger port.

I uploaded at supports full flash for LG-CG225,try to write it.If still won't help-you will need to look inside phone for backup battery and disconnect it for few minutes.

I full flashed it and it was sucessfull but it still wont power on.
i dont see any backup batteries in the phone.

the phone was working before i unlocked it

Strange situation-after full flash,if hardware is ok,phone must start.One more-I need one file from this phone-after phone connecting,when software will read info from phone,press "CTRL" and "Z" on PC keyboard.Software will create file "LG-CG225_017E2100_CFI.crb"-please send it here to look.

ok so i full flashed it one more time and it is turning on now.
im not sure what was wrong but it looks to be ok.

So where was problem ? :) I even uploaded at supports one more full flash for CG225 :)

im not sure what the problem was, the other day i flashed it like 5 times and tried everything even keeping it on the charger over night.

then today i just reflashed it and it turned on..

maybe defective phone.
