how can i unlock the lg kp501 in pink i have entered the code and when i enter the unlock code it dosnt work hellp what do i do xx

what program do i have to download to do that what do i download im confused is there nt 1 i can just enter into my phone hellp

Friend have you vygis toolbox? if yes go to support and download LG_I_1.50.
