bro uninstall all drivers then connect vygis again then pck drivers vygis drivers win xp then u will get comport. if u select other one then as u have nw

there are 2 kinds of drivers

Vygisoft VSD2XX New Drivers
VPower_box_drivers_for_Win_XP

the first ones do NOT define ftdi port, so no virtual comport is assigned, see below

The second ones allow to create a virtual comport, see below

By the way, there is a thierd kind of drivers based on prolific chip pl-2303

When you try to install other drivers. You need to un-install old one. Only after that procedure you would be able to install new one.
