network unlock problem with vygis and LG-C360 - GSM-Forum

Hi

I am using the vygis box with the latest drivers and using the GS102 cable as stated in the software. The box reads the phone without problem but then it gives the instructions at the bottom telling me to enter the unlock code. Where do i get the unlock code from? The vygis toolbox software does not give the option to calc the code and the direct un-lock facility is not available. The phone is locked to Tesco mobile at the moment and i have tried resetting the phone without any further luck. Should the vygis box be in "test" or AT mode, by the way neither of them make any difference to the availability of the direct un-lock facility. Any help would be appreciated...

I have sorted the problem now. I thought it was the "NCK" number i had to enter but i entered the "SPCK" number and the phone unlocked.
