Can anybody confirm that support is not working?
If possible when will be avaible again ?

unlock.lv sems offline, but i assume it will be online back fast.

I've bought from Vygis:
For Alcatel software,
For Lg softwre,
For Motorola software,
For O2 software.
Now bought SmartCard_Dongle why I don't have new login and pass to new support area? http://www.vygistoolbox.com/. I've registerd on new page, but now answer.
Problem that I not need often the support, but when I need the old support is offline.
Send me new logins and passes to new support area please.

OK I can understend.
I check every time page www.toolbox.com when www.unlock.lv/support/Vygis/ not work and new page is always working (I think that is faster too).
Tell me why the new customers having more quality than older customers?
Great soft without support area is useless.

I am confident that the unlock.lv server will be back oline and ok soon.

About the www.VygisToolbox.com server: the moment we (TornadoTeam) started to sell Vygis software in the product we called "VygisToolbox", we have forseen that the unlock.lv server would not be able to handle the more x.000 new VygisToolbox customer, and also we wanted to offer direct support to our customer.
So, we have build up the VygisToolbox server/support area, where we offer support for the customer that have buyed and are buying VygisToolbox from our team.
www.VygisToolbox.com - is payed indirectly from the money of this customer, so they have acess there.


About support here, as you see, we are helping here no matter from where you have buyed the VygisDongle, so far you use original software.
Even it is my time i am using it and give support here, i am trying to help any Vygis soft user, and i will continue with it as long i can.

I just tried http://www.vygistoolbox.com/ and got straight in no problems

Now www.unlock.lv/support/Vygis/ work PERFECT :) :) :)

Thanks for this goes to Vygis and Fractalizer .

Fractalizer is one of the good guys helping arround in GSM Bussiness, also with his Emeralda system, helping to securize other products like Infinity, Thunderstorm too.
