Unlock GB220 problem

I have problem with unlock GB220.
Sw version is 1.63.Box is connected on COM65 with speed 115200.
The problem is that software is crashing on

Loading certificates .....

How to unlock this mobile?

hi there,
I'm also getting the same problem that phones comes on and software goes crash on loading certificates in phone. cable is fine i checked with other phones. what is the problem could any person tell me ?
