Problem with GW300 from telcel - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with GW300 from telcel, i use rj45 GW300 cable but the phone not connect.
This is the information in the phone:
Model
GW300AT
version s/w
v10a

And two LG 107a from telcel don´t connect too (with cable rj45 KG800).

Why, is my box broken?, or is because are from telcel those phones?

Use GW300 Cable .

I use the cable RJ45 GW300 that come with the box

see picture in your vigis LGI_1_** folder.it's has a picture like GW300_GW520_TPpinout.JPG
or go to vigis support
