Beginner quastion (right software and list of mobiles)

Dear all,

I buy VYGIS box (like from picture).
Please tell me, I know that this is not pink box which I see on picture.
What is name of this box?

And on support, which software I need to use for this box:

1 - software for Sentinel dongle

or

2 - software for smart card dongle

I install this second one LG_1_83SC and unlock until now only one LG-KG130, but I need confirmation that I use right software.

And one more thing, why on the list inside software I do not have phones like: KU800, CU400, etc. and I read that users of VYGIS unlocking this mobiles?

- Yes, your box is ok, just the hardware shape of the box has changed few times.

- Of course you have to use smartcard software. The sentinel dongles are long time discontinued and was replaced by the smartcarddongles.

- Download also the LG softwares for Infineon-processor based phones and for Qualcomm- based phones.
This softwares are also on the supportareas and looks like LGI ..... and LGQ .... files.
Then you can unlock also that phones.

Last, but not least - i suggest you to read the Sticky threads , especially the Online Manual. It will help you to save time and money

Thanks Mr. Gobi for help. I was needed this info for the start. I use box only for few days.

I always read manual, just want to know this info for the beginning of using.
