Question SE problem connecting to N-Box

I have problem with my N-Box, couldn't boot the Sony Ericsson. The MCU Id identification is wrong. From 11 tries, I only succeed 2 time to boot the phone. Anyone have such problem? How to resolve it?

@ MicrostarGSM
Could you please give me some hint or advise how to solve the problem?
My warranty only left several days, is it N-box defect or windows xp problem?

fonefun is right, the cable is faulty. If I strecth the cable when boot the phone, it works. But if bend, then the detection of MCU Id will be wrong. I try to contact the reseller, they refuse replace the cable. It's weird, I purchase the N-box package include cables, but only the box has 3 month warranty. The cable warranty only 1 month.
