hi friend check your cable,check phone connector,make sure that no other ftdi device is connected to pc,configure ns pro to a port below then 10,retry,regards,suunnyy

Thanks for update. Your tool is so easy to use. I have unlocked A 137 at&t, and it is on 850/1900 mhz. Can i convert it to 900/1800. If possible please suggest.

but check the virus on the new update ver5.10

there is no virus detected in my antivirus ... check ur antivirus
