E 715 don't power on - GSM-Forum

Trying to flash phone by NSdongle I got this:

Loading S-Record File ...
Loading S-Record File ...
Loading S-Record File ...
Power on mobile !
Loading flash loader (1/1) ...
Sorry, an error has occured ! (ERR_PROTOCOL)
There was a problem with the protocol on the serial link between the PC and the phone. Either NSDongle received something unexpected, or the link is defective

Is the same link that is used for unlocking, any idea what's this?

You connected phone with? or without battery ?

with full charged batery.

I tried to connect phone and it did connect only replaicing battery.
