Member: 88444 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Basic questions about NSDongle - Please help These are pretty basic questions but that will help me get started with the NSDongle. 1. While I was going through the NSDongle User Manual, on Page 5, the first screenshot shows that the phone should be OFF while clicking Unlock button. After that, console says "Power the phone within 30 seconds". Does it mean that it already finished the unlock process and wants me to power the phone ON while the phone is still attached within 30 seconds? 2. Do I need to keep/remove the SIM card in the phone while unlocking / flashing? 3. It shows how to read the unlock keys. Can someone tell me on how to manually enter the codes. 4. Page 8, last line says "For best results use FTDI USB to serial cables or adapters. When I bought NSDongle today, I received the serial cable (12 IN 1). Is there a USB cable (12 IN 1)? 6. I see a extra wire on the 12 IN 1 cable to attach a 9v battery. Do I need to attach a 9v battery to the wire while unlocking phones? Thanks in advance |
