NSpro today is only an a unlock box :(, no advanced servicing...

Hi mates, i'm a NSpro user since many years and i think who NSpro have to add some functions like user code reset, flash firmware for newer phones etc... I work every day with phones but recently i'm not satisfied... i have to repair not only to unlock and in this moment under this point of wiew Z3X have a good support

Come on MR Elco... we want a better service if it is possible

Simple exemple... today i have to write FW on a B3410W and is not possible.... write FW on a GT-C6620 or just read/reset user code and isn't possible... write FW on a C5130s and isn't possible too... for every model i have to download many programs and search for a good flash files loosing time (and i have to buy one faster soluction)... last years NSpro was the better device on market for samsung repairs...

agree, all boxes need to have all functions, not just say "use other soft"
or "optiflash" or use "downloader", SOFTWARE NEEDS TO BE SIMPLE AND EXPLAINED with all functions...I THINK MONEY IS NO OBJECT TO PAY some programmers to work in their team

for example today i use UST to fix f250l, neither boxes have FFS part i believe, so i had to go to download a REAPIR F250L files , and who knows how or who, but they FIXED my problem, and everybody say UST is garbage, i don't think so, even outdated box does things BOTH THESE TWO SAMSUNG GIANTS CAN'T DO

Don`t forget that ELCO have hard time also to give support to his customers when asking quastions, Today all ELCO want to do is make alot of money....

He have not been like this before....
