i try 2 unlock this d807 unit and it tells me
Entering Test mode...
Operation failed!
whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

try to put the batt in and after pressing unlock on program connect the cable to the phone.
try to check for the cable connector on phone in case there is some dust or something like that
in other words u have to try to catch the moment that the program can see the phone at first boot and let it change mode to TAT mode this is the game with phones
