all lock code 1360b always 00000000 - GSM-Forum

I tried to unlock several e1360b but was not able to them.
It is reading the phones but all the codes are always 00000000
Am i doing anything wrong?
Please help me i have several phones to do

use cable at308/c180 do getinfo and put battery in. u will get everything.
