Hi
I can not unlock this Android Phone ( Ace GT-S5830 )
Bypass Sercurity Faild

I tried with 2 phones ... same problem.

Drivers are OK ... I tried to fix the problem by Other PC with Win7 WinXP
always same.

update your software on the phone 2.3.x an try

Use latest nspro version (v6.1.2)
If your phone is android v2.3.x select "S5830 2.3" on nspro then use unlock function.

Hello,
I have the same problem, Galaxy Ace S5830, Android 2.3.4., I use NsPro v.6.1.5 and I can't unlock it... Bypassing security failed.

I'm doing everything that shows instruction, entering *#7284#, selecting USB, rebooting device and it is still the same problem.

Is there any solution?

Checking serial communication...
Bypasing Security...
Operation failed!

Even when I press Read Info there is nothing on the page, only white background and immediately i can press "Next" button...

Is something wrong with my box?

Now I don't know what to do...

after downgrade to 2.3.3 version unlocked without any problems
