Hi there, I m a first time NS Pro user. I installed all latest software n also all the drivers, but when I try to open the software it gives me th following error; NsPro Axalto card not found (error 0x01)! Plz advice me if I have done something wrong or missed out something I m supposed to do...

i have same problem it really bad that software update will result in not working device

too many bugs; a cheap device which turn out to be expensive on the end!

me too but what i did is to uninstall the software and install again. my nspro is ok for now, even i use it everyday...
