The support area is working fine.
So PLZ check your internet connection, firewall, Default internet browser (IE), internet service provider (ISP), etc...

Support area is working fine, even from 15.000 km away from server
NsPro support server was ALLWAYS UP AND RUNNING
NsPro support server NEVER HAVE DOWNLOAD SPEED PROBLEMS

So the problem must be from your side.
