the requested page wasn't found?


hi,i updated nspro to 5.7.5 but now when i try to go to support page it says:

the requested page wasn't found

what is the problem and what can i do to solve it?


i need to flash a c280 so i need to go to support page

use internet explorer as your default internet browser then try again.

I have the same problem with support site !
I have only Internet explorer installed on my PC !

what can be the problem please !

plz try to access : : NsPro : : and nsDongle.com to see if you can reach the server.
The server is up and running.
If you cant open the pages, then is a DNS routing problem on your area or on your ISP.

just post and answer because i also never success enter those page since i get nspro. i can't download any file there. i use firefox and internet explorer but nothing open folder on the page

I have the same problem, i cant log on to both pages and i cant log on to the support site(requested page not found), i called my ISP and everything's ok with them, and im not using any router.. How can i fix this?
