G800 unlock problem
 

Hi i seems to have problem unlocking any Samsung G800

If i plug my E210 cable in the box i get this USB Hub power exceeded

Checking serial communication...
Operation failed!

If i use the adaptor and plug the E210 i get this

Checking serial communication...
Operation failed!

I know the Cable is fine as i just got it replaced and i can do J700i, G600, U900 with NO problem

I have got no error on the drivers side, they are install propelly as far as iam aware

A little bit of help would be apreciated :D

Elco or anybody any solution???

hi friend first hit unlock button on ns pro software wait about 7-8 seconds connect power on phone using e210 cable with ns,regards,suunnyy br.;)

done that many time but no response stuck on Checking serial communication...

The phone connector is fine and clean

u shuld flash with patch file then unlock patch file wil get on support area

Check that phone modem drivers r installed properly then try again.

just keep pluging cable and powering up the phone and execute unlock not last command was having same problem just sorted it out

Not sure if this helps , but i could not get the handset to connect for over an hour , with about 50 attempts to connect. The next day I set the software to flash , changed back to unlock WITHOUT pressing change jobs , then i went back to change jobs /unlock, and it connected first time ,and unlocked very quickly . it was so quick I had doubted that it was even unlocked , but on checking, it was. In other words , KEEP TRYING! [oh , and clean the port and data cables too :D:D:D ]

the solution is with the usb cable not with rj45 i try it and it work for me and it work perfect...

After reading my own instructions , I found it failed on me this time! Another way to do it to fire up nspro , press unlock. It will ask to enter *#726872#, which you do. When you press ok , it cannot find the handset . NOW turn off nspro , switch off the phone , and repower nspro.
You press unlock , and when asked to press the pc mode code, just press ok , then power on the phone as it is searching for the phone. Have done a number of them now , and seems to work ok! .Give it a try:D
